At yesterdays Executive Committee Meeting (7th December 2025) it was agreed that because of a clash of dates with the Marie Denny Mixed Triples and a Bowls England Ladies Competition (Walker Cup), the date for the Marie Denny would be changed with the date for our 2 Wood Men’s Triples. This would then mean that the ladies would be able to play in both. I said at the meeting I would amend this year’s entry form to reflect the changes and send an electronic copy of the amended form to the contact names I have for each club and this should be attached with this letter. Also attached should be a copy of the Players Entry Summary sheet. As mentioned in my letter I issued with the original forms I would appreciate it if each club secretary that submits any competition entries for their club also completes the attached entry summary sheet and sends it to me along with their completed entry form. You can use the electronic version to send me your entries or you can print off a copy and complete it manually and post or give it back to me. Please use whichever method suits you best. If you wish to pay for your entries by bank transfer please contact me for my bank details as I collate all the entry fees and send the full total to Michelle when all entries are received. If you have received this email and are not the correct person for processing your club entries can you please let me know and I will send a copy to the correct person and amend my list.
